Famous Pakistani film and television actor Shakeel passed away after prolonged illness at the age of 85 in Karachi. Paksitani TV Actress Bushra Ansari has confirmed the death of actor Shakeel.

The real name of the legend actor Shakeel was Yusuf Kamal, but later he was given the film name of Shakeel.

Several years ago, actor Shakeel also underwent a bypass operation while he was suffering from arthritis, a joint disease for the past several years.

Actor Shakeel had difficulty walking, so an employee helped him walk. He ruled Pakistan television for a long time. He rose to fame with the drama serial, Shah Zori.

His unconventional characterization played a major role in making Pakistani TV dramas a super hit.

Family sources of actor Shakeel say that he was undergoing treatment in a private hospital for the past few days. The funeral prayer of late Shakeel will be offered tomorrow after Asr prayer.
