Syeda Dania Shah approaches the session court for bail

Accused Syeda Dania Shah, the third wife of late MNA Aamir Liaquat Hussain, has approached the session court in Karachi for bail.

According to the petitioner, the allegations leveled against Syeda Danya Shah are false and the FIA has no evidence against the accused.

It should be noted that yesterday the Judicial Magistrate Sharqi Mukesh Kumar rejected Dania Shah’s bail and currently Syeda Dania Shah is in jail on judicial remand.

Danya Shah is accused of making Aamir Liaquat’s immoral video viral and a complaint was lodged against her by the late Aamir Liaquat’s daughter.

During the hearing, the FIA prosecutor had taken the position in the court that it was not known when and where the video was made and we were not remanded.

On which Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar said that you were remanded for 3 days. You could also go to jail and investigate.
