Saudi and Iranian foreign ministers agree to meet in Ramadan

In the talk, the two leaders discussed the trilateral agreement reached in China.

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal and Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir-Abdollahian have agreed to meet in the month of Ramadan.

According to Saudi media reports, the Saudi and Iranian foreign ministers had a telephone conversation. In the talk, the two leaders discussed the trilateral agreement reached in China.

It should be noted that on March 10, a historic agreement was signed between Saudi Arabia and Iran under which both countries agreed to re-establish diplomatic relations and open embassies.

Israeli protesters have become enraged after the dismissal of the defense minister. Protesters have urged the government to stop the controversial plan to overhaul the justice system.
