Riyadh Air will hire 700 pilots in the next three years.

Saudi Arabia’s new airline Riyadh Air has started the recruitment process and invited pilots to apply. The interview process will begin in September 2023, and the carrier will begin formal induction of people in January 2024.
“We are looking for the first complement of pilots to join our team, which will take us through the training period and prepare for the launch of the airline,” said Riyadh Air’s Chief Operating Officer, Peter Bellew.
He further said that we encourage to apply anyone who has trained on the Boeing 787-9 or Boeing 777.
It should be noted that the airline “Riyadh Air” launched by the Kingdom’s sovereign wealth fund “Public Investment Fund (PIF)” has purchased 72 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft in a multi-billion dollar deal in April 2023. . The company plans to expand its project further.
Riyadh Air Chief Operating Officer Peter Bellew added that we are going to hire 700 pilots in the next three years in the airline coming with 39 aircraft.
It should be noted that due to the demand for business and leisure travel across the world, the aviation sector has made a strong comeback after the pandemic.
Dubai’s flagship carrier Emirates added 17,160 employees in the last financial year of 2022-23. Recently it announced another major recruitment drive to hire cabin crew, pilots, engineers and customer services staff. While Flydubai has announced plans to hire more than 1,000 employees this year.
