Golden Visa

UAE issues golden visa to exceptionally talented people including scientists, entrepreneurs, outstanding students and graduates, property investors and professionals.

Golden visa is issued for 10 years and there is no restriction for the visa holders if they want to stay outside the UAE for the maximum duration. Golden visa holders can sponsor their families and support staff regardless of their age.

Green Visa

UAE issues green visa to highly skilled expatriates. This new five-year multiple-entry residency visa allows expats to stay in the country without a sponsor or employer.

This visa is given to the expats who have a valid employment contract in the UAE. The applicants should meet the requirements of the first, second or third occupational level. These levels are set by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

The applicants must be bachelor in education and their salary should not be less than Dh15,000.

Retirement Visa

UAE issues retirement visa to people aged 55 and above. This visa is also multiple-entry five-year visa and can be got upon fulfilling one of the following requirements.

Active income of no less than Dh20,000 per month
financial savings of no less than Dh1 million
investment of at least Dh2 million in property

Multiple-entry tourist visa

UAE has introduced a five-year multi-entry tourist visa for the foreigners. Generally a regular touris visa is sponsored by tourism establishments in the UAE.

But Multiple-entry tourist visa does not need a sponsor to be issued. This visa allows the expat to stay in the UAE for up to 90 continuous days.

The unique feature of this visa is that it can be be extended for 90 days. So it allows the tourists to stay in the UAE for 180 continuous days.

All you need to have a bank balance of 4,000 usd (14,700 aed) or its equivalent in foreign currencies during the last six months prior to applying for Multiple-entry tourist visa.
