Dubai’s billionaire Mohammed Khalaf Al Habtoor, founder and chairman of Al Habtoor Group has said that they will replace citizens in any vacant job due to the resignation of any employee.

According to the details, UAE government strongly pushes Emiratisation in the private sector and Al Habtoor Group has instructed to employ UAE nationals across all the units of the well-diversified conglomerate.

It is to be noted that Al Habtoor Group has thousands of workers in hospitality, automotive, vehicle leasing, real estate, education and publishing fields.

The record states that the number of Emiratis employed in the private sector has reached around 79,000 at the end of July 2023.

UAE government started Naifs initiative in September 2021. After that Emiratistion drive dramatically picked up.

Naifs initiative aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Emirati human resources and empowering them to occupy jobs in the private sector over the next five years.

Mohammed Khalaf Al Habtoor is the son of a business magnate, investor and the vice-chairman and CEO of the Al Habtoor Group, an Emirati conglomerate. He was born into one of the largest business families of Dubai.

Al Habtoor is known not only for his many business achievements but also his extensive knowledge of international political affairs; his philanthropic activities; his efforts to promote peace; and the fact that he has long acted as an unofficial ambassador for his country abroad.
