Second tallest tower to be built on Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai

After Burj Khalifa, UAE is all set to make its name. Another astonishing skyscraper will soon be built on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, which will be the second tallest building in the world after the Burj Khalifa.

This news has been confirmed by Farhad Azizi, CEO of Dubai-based Azizi Development in a recent tweet. He said:

“This will be a government building and we are building what will be called the second tallest building in the world.”

My father, Mirwais Azizi (founder and chairman of Azizi Group and Azizi Development), was recently invited to a BBC programme, he added.

At the event, he revealed our plans to build a new tower in Dubai that will share the skies with the Burj Khalifa and other skyscrapers.

As for the name of this new tower, it has not been decided yet. But it will ultimately represent the Azizi Development brand. Farhad Azizi confirmed this to the leading newspaper Khaleej Times.

It should be noted that the plan to build the tallest tower in Dubai was first revealed during Cityscape Dubai in November last year.
