Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi presided over a meeting on Wednesday.
Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi announced the new human resource policy for Sharjah in the meeting.
It was decided in the meeting that 2417 people will be employed in the new year 2023. Last year, Sharjah employed 2,249 people.
It should be noted that next year, those persons who were registered in Sharjah’s human resources database in 2019 or earlier will be employed.
The conditions laid down in the new policy will be applicable to new hires. On this occasion, the Ruler of Sharjah His Excellency Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi said that the emirate will continue to provide jobs and dignified living opportunities for the citizens of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
