The term “Inside Country Visa Change” is used, under which any traveler visiting the UAE can convert his visit visa into an employee visa. For this, if you have been offered a job, ask your employer or sponsor to get a work permit for you.
The visa exchange fee is about 500 dirhams. Which will be charged separately from the residential visa fee. At the time of writing, a one-month UAE visit visa is up to 400 UAE dirhams and a three-month visit visa is up to 900 dirhams. Rates for travel agents may vary.
