Imran Khan and his Aid shot at during Rally

An incident of firing has taken place in the reception camp of PTI at Allahwala Chowk in Wazirabad, Punjab. There are reports of Imran Khan being injured in the incident. Three to four people have been injured in the firing. Sources say that Imran Khan’s leg is bandaged.

According to the details, firing has been done on Imran Khan’s container, it has been announced from the container that PTI Chairman Imran Khan is safe.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan, Faisal Javed, Ahmed Chatta and Chaudhry Yusaf were also injured in the firing incident.

Rescue sources say that four to five injured have been shifted to THQ Wazirabad. A child is also among the injured. Police sources say that firing took place near the reception camp of PTI in Allahwala Chowk.

Sources say that the person who fired, Muhammad Navid, has been taken into custody by the police and shifted to an unknown location. Second person has managed to escape.

A PTI worker stopped the attacker and helped police to arrest him. Listen his words:

The savior of Imran Khan is being praised on social media. The firing incident is being condemned by senior journalists and politicians. Hamid Mir tweets:

All political opponents of Tehreek-e-Insaf including Nawaz Sharif, Asif Zardari and Maulana Fazlur Rehman should strongly condemn the incident that happened to Imran Khan. May Allah protect Pakistan from miscreants and conspiracies.

Attacker of Imran Khan Muhammd Navid has confessed his crime and says he himself tried to kill Imran Khan and no other person is behind this attack.
