A YouTuber and journalist in France has said that the incident of misbehavior with General Qamar Javed Bajwa has taken place in Ansi city where he was sitting outside a library with his wife.

The YouTuber has said that after the incident, the former army chief Qamar Javed Bajwa has left this city and is going back to his homeland or another country from France.

The YouTuber has further said that the person who has abused the former army chief Qamar Javed is not a Pakistani but an Afghan.
